The principle

Flashes of white light destroymold spores

  1. 01

A flash, not a chemical compound

In a few milliseconds, a xenon lamp releases a burst of white light 100,000 times more intense than the solar spectrum. It is a flash, not a chemical compound.

  2. 02

    Contactless

The treatment acts at a distance on every exposed surface: no wiping, no consumables, no manual rework.

  3. 03

    Residue-free

No water, no peroxide, no toxic gas. Xenon is chemically inert, unlike mercury UV lamps.

A full spectrum, from 180 to 1100 nanometers

The spectrum in 4 ranges

Where a conventional UV lamp acts on a single wavelength, pulsed light covers the whole spectrum. Decontamination stays effective on the most resistant germs: mold spores, bacterial spores, bacteria, pathogens, viruses.

The action on DNA

Replication stops for good

Three moments, a single light pulse: from crossing the cell wall to the definitive halt of replication.

01Pulse

The flash crosses the wall

Photon energy penetrates the micro-organism's membrane in a fraction of a second. No contact, no chemicals, no waiting time.

02Break

The double strand is broken

The process instantly destroys the DNA double strand, not just its ability to express itself. The genetic structure is physically disorganized.

03Inactivation

Replication stops

No repair, no regrowth: the germ is permanently inactivated. The effect is irreversible, with no lag phase.

Inactivated micro-organisms, no cell division

Three levels of action

Decontaminate, disinfect, sterilize

The level reached depends on the surface, how hard it is for light to reach it and how clean it is to begin with.

Decontamination

log 2 – 3

Microbial reduction that makes the treated environment or object safe and harmless.

Disinfection

log 4 – 5

A process eliminating all unwanted micro-organisms without reaching zero. The goal is to remove infection risk.

Sterilization

log 6

Lasting destruction of all micro-organisms, down to a survival probability below 1 in a million. Note: you can only sterilize what is clean and dry.

In the field

Simple, safe, immediately usable

  • A 10-minute cycle

A complete room treatment takes about ten minutes, between two production runs.

  • No drying time

No fogging, no extended airing: the room is immediately usable again.

  • Zero consumables

No chemical refill to store, dose or dispose of after use.
